**PRICING**

All prices are denominated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Any fees and charges, including delivery fees, specified in these terms, also encompass GST

where applicable.

**RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND**

Due to the unique and customised nature of personalised products, please be advised that

such items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

Each personalised product is made to your specific requirements, reselling such items once

they have been created is not plausible.

We encourage our customers to thoroughly review all custom specifications before finalizing

their orders. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our personalised products, or if

you require assistance in making your selection, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our

**ACCURACY OF INFORMATION**

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information, including the spelling of

names for personalised products, is accurate. PLC cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies

in the product resulting from errors in information or spelling. We strongly recommend that

you review your personalised information thoroughly before submitting your order. If you

**PRODUCT DESCRIPTION, SIZE, CARE, AND HANDLING**

In instances where we provide dimensions and measurements within the product description,

please be advised that actual dimensions may vary slightly. It is your responsibility to ensure

that the size of each product meets your requirements prior to submitting your order,

including ensuring that there is appropriate and safe access for the delivery of the product to

your designated address.

We strongly encourage all customers to handle their products with care, as acrylic and

plywood materials may be thin and fragile. Improper handling, dropping, or bending may

result in breakage.

For cleaning your product, we recommend utilizing a lightly dampened soft cloth and gently

dabbing the surface. The use of general household sponges and cleaning chemicals may

cause scratches and permanently mark the product.

Direct sunlight to acrylic and plywood materials may cause yellowing and or fading.

**FIXINGS & ADHESIVES**

It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly read the product descriptions, as certain

items may not include fixings. Relevant information regarding the fixings provided with

each product will be noted in the product description.

**ORDERS & DELIVERY**

By placing an order, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the specified product(s).

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct email address and contact details are

provided with your order.

If the order is placed on behalf of another party, you agree to obtain their consent to supply

the site with their personal information.

We shall not be held liable for any loss incurred as a result of, or in connection with, delays

or failures in processing your order or delivering your products due to inaccurate or

incomplete information provided by you.

Please note that separate orders will incur separate delivery fees, if applicable.

We take great care in packaging your product(s) to ensure they arrive safely, and all packages

will be marked with fragile labels. However, we cannot be held accountable for the handling

practices of the Australia Post system. If there is visible damage to your delivery prior to the

opening of the package, we request that you photograph the package and submit a damage

claim to Australia Post.

**INFORMATION & CONTACT**

If we are unable to contact you regarding your order using the contact details provided, your

order will be cancelled after we have made reasonable attempts to reach you. In such cases,

please note that you will not be entitled to a refund. “Reasonable attempts” refers to

attempts to contact you via phone and email using the personal information provided with

your order.
